Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.0.3 MR fix list (available at
 http://www.lotus.com/ldd):

SPR# SBOR5KYTZT - Fixed a problem where "overwrite existing data" failed when
the target table schema differed from the connection user. This regression was
 introduced in 6.0.1.

If your target table is in a different schema than the username specified in
the Connection document, your Activity will fail. Upon performing the lookup
to overwrite existing data, LEI is not appending the schema defined in the
Activity. It is assuming that it is in the same schema as the ownername.

 Workarounds:

If the schema in which your table resides is the same as a defined user in the
database, specify that user in your Connection document, or

Create a Replication with Source as Master and do not allow any updates to the
 source from the target.

Alternately, your Direct Transfer Activity could be changed to not overwrite
the existing data. A Command Activity could be created to clear the table,
which would then have the DT activity as a dependent activity. More >
